How Uncatering Works

Individual logins

You choose your own meal.


Your company has set an individual budget

to select your own lunch.


The deadline to place your lunch order is 10:30AM with cancellation up to 9:00AM.

Fully Customized

Tailor your meal from the restaurant of your choice based on available options including size, protein choice, and add-ons.


Enter special instructions and indicate any allergies that need special attention.

Individually Packaged

Your meal arrives between

12:00PM - 12:30PM

with your name labeled in a sealed package so you don’t have to share serving utensils or scoop food out of a tray.


No one touches your food but you.

How to use the Uncatering App

Reset your password

You will receive an automated email from hungerhub to create your username and password.

Haven't received one? Try manually resetting your password with the instructions below:


  1. Open uncatering.hungerhub.com from your browser
  2. Click "Forgot Password?" beneath username and password fields
  3. Enter your company email address and click "Confirm"















If your email is not in our system, please contact your office administrator.

  1. Open uncatering.hungerhub.com from your browser
  2. Under “EMAIL” enter your work email address
  3. Under “PASSWORD” enter your newly created password


Mobile


  1. Download the mobile app for by using the included link on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Under “EMAIL” enter your work email address
  3. Under “PASSWORD” enter your newly created password


Managing your orders

A minimum of two restaurants are available daily. As your team grows, more restaurants become available!


From the Restaurant's Page, you'll have access to:

Placing your order

  1. Beneath the restaurant of your choice click “Order Lunch” to open the menu
  2. Browse through the menu items, and when you’re ready, click the + symbol to view customizations
  3. Select your customizations and add unique delivery instructions
  4. Click “Add to Cart
  5. Click "Place Order" when you've finalized selections to have it sent to the restaurant

Managing orders

All orders can be viewed by selecting your name and clicking "Orders" from the drop down menu

































Tracking an Order


  1. Click on your name from the Restaurants Panel to open the dropdown menu
  2. Select, "Orders"
  3. Click “Active” to view any menu items already submitted to the restaurant
  4. A real-time tracker will appear under your order with the status of your meal as well as the ETA countdown timer for arrival


Canceling an Order


  1. Click on your name from the Restaurants Panel to open the dropdown menu
  2. Select "Orders"
  3. Click “Active” to view any menu items already submitted to the restaurant
  4. Click “Cancel” on the order you would like to remove or adjust
